Reservations:                                                                               

• Must be made 30 days prior to arrival
• Must be paid in full on arrival date
• Non-refundable

Rates:                                             Per Night                      Per Week             # of Guests

• January - March                       $200.00                       $1050.00                  1 - 4

• April - December                      $225.00                       $1225.00                  1 - 4

• For 5 or more people, add $25.00 per night or $175.00 per week

• Call Katie for reduced monthly rates

• Two night minimum stay required

Security Deposit:

• $250.00 damage deposit
• Refundable upon acceptable checkout

Additional Fees:

• Taxes: Add 7% North Carolina tax to all totals

• Cleaning Fee: $75.00 per stay

Pet Fees:

• $15.00 per night for each pet up 
• Maximum of $75 per pet for each stay
